- Deliver the most effective anesthetic care across the hospital, consistently exceeding compliance standards.
- Perform a comprehensive range of anesthesia services, including pre-operative assessments, intraoperative management and monitoring, and post-anesthesia care, adhering to Joint Commission standards.
- Provide anesthesia-related direct care in various settings, including operating rooms, post-anesthesia care units (PACU), intensive care units (ICU), and clinics.
- Collaborate with nurses, CRNAs, medical technicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct patient examinations, review medical histories, and utilize diagnostic tests to assess surgical and procedural risks.
- Administer various types of anesthesia (local, intravenous, spinal, caudal) during medical procedures.
- Coordinate anesthesia administration with surgeons during operating room procedures.
- Provide and maintain life support, manage airways as necessary, and prepare patients for emergency surgery, leveraging your critical care experience.
- Determine patient readiness for transfer to other units or discharge following surgery.

- Competitive Salary & Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $390,000-$399,000 per year, commensurate with experience, to include call coverage. Enjoy a predictable work schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with call coverage one week per month and occasional on-call throughout the week and weekends. - Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited institution.
