We are looking for a dedicated professional who can operate a
skip loader with a back scraper efficiently and safely, collaborate with our grading crew, and contribute to our high-quality grading projects for layouts for asphalt pavng to concrete work.



Responsibilities:


  • Operate skip loader to perform grading and excavation tasks.
  • Work closely with the grading crew to ensure precise execution of grading projects.
  • Follow project plans and specifications to achieve desired grading outcomes.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Perform routine maintenance on the skip loader and report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.
  • Operate equipment in a manner that maximizes productivity.

Qualifications:

-
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Skip Loader Operator in a grading crew setting

  • Ability to interpret and follow project plans and specifications.

Possession of a valid Massachusetts Hoisting License or willingness to obtain one

OSHA 10 Card or commitment to obtaining one prior to the start of the job

  • Excellent understanding of safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
