- Assist with site development projects, including grading, storm drainage, erosion and sediment control, and stormwater design.
- Collaborate with senior team members to contribute to the design process and project development.
- Utilize software such as Microsoft Office, Bluebeam (optional), and Smartsheets (optional) to create and manage project documentation.
- Demonstrate a strong desire to learn about land acquisition and development processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines concurrently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Land Planning, or equivalent.
- 0-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Preferably holds an EIT, Professional Engineering, or Landscape Architecture License or equivalent (not mandatory but preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with optional skills in Bluebeam and Smartsheets.
- General understanding of site development concepts and principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Salary: $60,000 - $110,000
