Position Summary
Reporting to the Production Supervisors, the Production Assistant will assist with administrative duties during the production season.


Position Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Production Supervisors to understand all production department schedules.
  • Work closely with Production Supervisors to schedule overtime assignments of production employees.
  • Work closely with Production Supervisors to correct Time Clock errors of production employees (missing punches, meal break penalties, etc.).
  • Data entry of departmental safety trainings.
  • Assist in data entry of work notifications to maintenance using SAP
  • Work with Supervisors to hand out necessary PPE and other jobrelated attire/gear/equipment to employees.
  • Maintain document control process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • BA/BS degree preferred, but not required

The pay for this role in the state of
CA is
$23.00 and is based on the position responsibilities and geographic location.
