Together with my client Blum + Partner Immobilien GmbH, we are currently seeking an

Property Manager (m/f/d)

for the expansion of our WEG department at our location in Cologne, starting as soon as possible.

In this role, you can expect:

  • Independent and comprehensive management of small communities (up to 15 units) as well as larger communities (over 25 units)
  • Contact with tenants, owners, authorities, and external service providers
  • Regular property inspections
  • Planning, commissioning, and monitoring of maintenance and modernization measures
  • Preparation, execution, and follow-up of owners' meetings
