Description

Responsibilities:

Brand new position in our Deli Department Working in our Deli assisting customers & also a production position behind the scenes preparing pre-made sandwiches, salads, etc.

Prepare and serve a variety of deli products, such as sandwiches, salads, and soups
Assist customers in selecting deli items and provide recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the deli area
Follow food safety protocols and guidelines for proper food handling
Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
Ensure product quality and freshness by rotating stock and checking expiration dates
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues

Skills:

Experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is helpful
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in food preparation and order fulfillment
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service
