    Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Contract

    Location: Peculiar, MO

    Contract Type: Full-Time

    Job Description:

    Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Peculiar, MO. This is a full-time contract position for the upcoming school year, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives. As a School SLP, you will work with students to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders, providing essential services that support their academic and social success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments and evaluations of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
    • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
    • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' overall development.
    • Maintain accurate records of students' progress and treatment plans.
    • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for services and support.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
    • Current Missouri State SLP license.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
    • At least one year of recent experience in a school-based setting.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
