Responsibilities:

Accept and dispatch service calls
Communicate with Technicians scheduled service calls
Check Technicians in and out of service calls updating customer portals accordingly

- "Time Stamp" field technicians for dispatch, arrival and completed times in the computer system

Generate monthly preventative maintenance calls

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work the required schedule of 12pm830pm M-Fri
At least 3 years working in a fast paced, customer focused environment
Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment, with limited supervision & make accurate decisions quickly
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Highly motivated, selfstarter
