Your contribution:


  • Analysis and classification of incoming service requests
  • Analysis and resolution of softwarerelated issues
  • Documentation of processing or solution paths in our ticket system
  • Optimization of our service processes
  • Independent handling of incoming support requests

What you bring to the table:

  • Training as an IT specialist, IT clerk or comparable qualification
  • IT knowledge and a strong understanding of business processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows environment
  • Experience in telephone user support and Microsoft 365 environment desirable
  • High level of flexibility, integrity and commitment
