Description

The Ecumenical Hainich Clinic is a psychiatric maximum care facility in the heart of Germany.
The clinic offers treatment options in the fields of psychiatry, psychosomatics, child and adolescent psychiatry, and neurology. Approximately employees care for around 9,200 inpatients and outpatients annually and have over patient contacts in the outpatient clinics. The main location in Mühlhausen now includes eight psychiatric day clinics and outpatient clinics in neighboring regions.

Our clinic is currently seeking a Head Nurse (m/f/d) for the nursing home area in full-time at the Mühlhausen location as soon as possible.

Completed nursing or geriatric nursing exam
Experience in management and the ability to lead employees in a goal-oriented manner according to current developments in psychiatric care
Completed further training as a head nurse or willingness to complete it
Close cooperation with the facility management
A personality who is able to lead a team with mindfulness and respect and also show this attitude towards patients
Experience in working with mentally ill patients combined with qualifications in this area
Ongoing participation in quality management
