Description

We are currently looking to fill the position of Real Estate/Property Affairs Expert (m|f|d) in our Legal Department at the earliest possible date in San Jose.

What you will be working on with us:

You will be responsible for managing the real estate of SWK companies/NGN
You will handle property purchases and sales, as well as rentals
You will secure station locations and pipeline rights through contract negotiations and registration of property rights
You will manage agricultural lease areas
You will organize participation in public procurement procedures
You will collaborate on long-term projects across departments
You will communicate with various departments within SWK companies/NGN and with city administration departments

What we are looking for:

You have completed training as an industrial clerk or a comparable qualification, and preferably have relevant experience in real estate management or legal affairs
You have knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP, and ideally also Lovion View and Lovion Float
You possess teamwork skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently with planning and organizational skills
