- Ability to work effectively with others, as well as independently
- Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production
- Performs daily PM's, as well general maintenance, and routine production line change overs
- Maintain and track repairs with CCMS and Red Zone programs to help manage the facilities downtime and increase production
- Ensure safety standards and expectations are met at all times.
- Maintain a clean, safe work station and surrounding areas.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Complies with all company policies & procedures including but not limited to attendance & appearance.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to effectively communicate with fellow employees
- Repair mechanical, hydraulic and electrical equipment
- Previous manufacturing or general maintenance experience. 2-3 years minimum
- Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery (motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3 phase power, communication devices, and industrial/electronic controls).
- Working knowledge of equipment such as Drop Packers, Top Sealers, Palletizers, Case Erectors, Blow Molding machines is preferred

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a crucial role in troubleshooting, installing, repairing, and conducting preventative maintenance on our advanced industrial and blow molding equipment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work is performed in a manufacturing setting with machinery.
Physical essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:
standing for long periods of time, bending, reaching, and moving around machinery. Lifting up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Ability to consistently work in extreme temperatures.
