Your tasks

You are responsible for the quality management of tender documents.
You review tender documents for quantity determination, contract compliance, and completeness.
You carry out quantity determination according to REB-VB for the examination of tender and billing quantities.
You participate in the tendering and processing of BIM projects.
You are responsible for instructing local BOL/BÜ and contractors on the requirements for contract-compliant and verifiable construction billing.
You support the project execution by randomly checking the submitted billing documents.
You assist in responding to objections from contractors regarding invoice deductions, especially for final invoices.
You support in handling legal proceedings.
You are responsible for implementing and monitoring compliance with current regulations, especially ZTV and DIN regarding quantity determination.
You create and implement quality assurance processes.
You participate in committees and working groups (including giving presentations and publications).

You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering, transportation engineering, or surveying, or have a similar qualification.
You ideally have several years of professional experience in the planning and construction billing of transportation infrastructure projects.
You have extensive experience and knowledge in the application of regulations and standards (including REB-VB, VOB), as well as HVA B-St
