    Job Description

    One River School of Art + Design in Frisco, Texas is currently hiring experiencd instructors and/or passionate artists with high energy and exuberence to teach Cartoon Illustration to children ages 8 and up. This is a PART TIME teaching position, requiring group and one on one instruction in traditional and contemporary materials, methods and techniques related to hand drawn cartooning.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • BFA or BA required, MFA or MA strongly desired
    • Experience teaching art, illustration or design at structured or alternative programs
    • Strong technical skills and subject matter expertise
    • Significant first-hand experience in making art
    • Passion for working with people and creating a fun / interactive experience
    • Must pass a background check
