Description
Chilhowee is looking for a full-time/part-time commercial employee for accounting (m/f/d) in the field of medical technology management.

We are a leading European service company in the field of medical technology and as a specialized service provider, we ensure that highly complex medical technology in hospitals functions reliably and is operated economically.

As a commercial employee (m/f/d), you will support our colleagues in administration and technology in the area of accounting.


YOUR TASKS:

  • Conducting company accounting, including posting and booking all business transactions in SAP
  • Actively handling payment transactions, reminders, and reconciling accounts, including intercompany accounts, and responsible for reviewing, posting, and booking of creditors and travel expense reports
  • First point of contact for all accounting-related inquiries and responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes and preparing financial statements
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Continuously monitoring and improving accounting processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned.
