    In the Fleet Supervisor role, we are seeking a leader with strong technical skills along with good leadership skills to develop, implement and monitor the strategies and processes for the Fleet performance.

    This role is responsible for day to day fleet activity of all assets, shop maintenance, technician engagement, and all related facets of Fleet Operations (i.e. work load planning, technician schedules vendor management, safety, productivity, environmental management, financial performance) Key accountabilities include managing preventative maintenance programs, training and developing technicians, and initiatives that impact the performance of the business in areas of cost, quality and reliability. This role will require 40% travel to support locations within the Market.


    Scope:

    The candidate must be able to effectively engage fleet team members and sales market managers in the CFL Market to drive tangible results on safety, cost, and reliability.

    The role will require travel 40% of the time and will demand the ability to adapt to multiple labor and managerial profiles on a location-by-location basis.

    ResponsibilitiesLead the Fleet Team to deliver the cost, quality, service, and reliability results set out in the annual Fleet Capability plan.

    Build a shop strategic plan to drive Fleet performance.
    Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs to ensure the reliability of the fleet.
    Maintain 100% PM compliance each period.
    Manage service quality to eliminate break downs.

    Manage all regulatory compliance (DOT, EPA, FDA)Develop the technical and non-technical capability of the CFL Fleet TeamEffectively communicate with internal and external customersStrong management, leadership, communication, follow-up, and technical skills are required.

    Ability to implement productivity, customer satisfaction, and employee initiatives that drive value.

    Strong computer skills in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and Fleet Management SystemsCompensation and Benefits:
    The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,000 - $87,000 based on a full-time schedule.
    Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
    Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

    Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree preferred but not required.5-8 years of previous fleet related supply chain function experienceAbility to create, implement, lead, and execute local market strategies.

    Ability to effectively interact and build a favorable business relationship with all business partners to drive tangible results.
    Ability to analyze and simplify data to communicate effectively and utilize it to influence others indirectly.
    Willingness to approach an issue with realistic solutions and execute a game plan that gets tangible results.

    Experience working in Microsoft Excel developing reporting of any kind (experience with Tableau a plus)Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations.

    Ability to operate and flourish in a fast-paced business.
