Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager to lead our dining establishment's F&B operations.
The F&B Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including menu planning, food preparation, customer service, and staff management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement F&B strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Manage menu planning and pricing in coordination with the chef.
- Ensure high quality of food and beverage standards are maintained.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and scheduling of F&B staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the dining experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B operations and industry trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
- Certification in Food Safety and Quality Assurance.
$75,000 - $90,000 per year
