Parsec Automation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic finance team in Anaheim, CA. You will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, reporting and modeling to support strategic decision-making within the organization.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain comprehensive financial models.
• Assist in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, providing insights and recommendations.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, trends, and key performance indicators.
• Evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Generate ad-hoc financial reports to support decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze costs across all areas of the business, including recommending strategies for cost optimization.
• Work with business users to refine and improve current reporting and analysis, often performing ad hoc reporting to satisfy end-users.
• Liaising with private equity sponsor to address ad hoc performance questions.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive financial success.

Who you are:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst.
• Experience in a SaaS or a software development company required.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
