Your Impact:


The Pearce team is looking for a driven individual to take on the role of a Warehouse/Data Entry person with our team.

The Warehouse/Data Entry person is responsible for clerical, janitorial, warehouse, and driving responsibilities.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Must be within a 90minute commute of Rancho Cucamonga
  • Will be responsible for updating expenses and able to attach to the appropriate work orders
  • Will place parts on shelves and create labels for the technicians to pick up
  • Clean shop/restrooms
  • Responsible for vendor communication
  • Maintain inventory for consumables in the shop and order parts for technicians
  • Deliver parts to technicians during infostructure emergencies
  • Maintain safety documents for the warehouse such as inspections and documentation
  • Responsible for waste oil pick up and filter crushing
  • Responsible for shuttling technicians to the field during public safety power shutdowns (PSPS Events)

Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.

Core Experience:


  • Experience in the same or similar role required
  • Intermediate computer knowledge in MS Office Suite (Word/Excel)
  • Must have the ability to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed
  • Must be able to pass a preemployment drug screen and background check
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and have a clean driving record

Physical/Work Environment

  • This position requires lifting over 60 pounds, stooping, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and standing for long periods of time
  • Must have the ability to inspect and/or troubleshoot equipment/alarms effectively, both visually and audibly
  • Must be willing and able to drive long distances, workday, evening, or night hours; overtime, emergency callouts, weekends, and holidays as required; must assume 24hour oncall duty when assigned and be gone from home for extended periods of time
  • Will interact over the phone and in person with vendors
  • May need to pass DOT physical

Compensation:
$50K/Annually to $55K/Annually DOE
