We are seeking a motivated individual who is ready to take on a diverse range of responsibilities, from material management to crew support, to ensure the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate material deliveries and transport supplies to job sites in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the production manager to schedule and plan roofing projects.
- Supervise ongoing jobs and provide guidance to the roofing crew as needed.
- Conduct quality inspections and perform touchup work to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
- Manage crew members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction throughout the project.
Requirements:
- Bilingual preffered
- Previous experience in construction or roofingrelated roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of roofing materials and installation techniques is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
Pay:
$ $19.56 per hour
