Mantell Associates is currently working with a CRO to find a Director of Clinical Operations in Cold Bay.

Director of Clinical Operations - Responsibilities:

You will oversee the technical and disciplinary management of the clinical operations, including inpatient areas with approximately 60 beds, the outpatient area, and sample logistics and processing
In addition to overall operational and coordination responsibilities, you will be involved in planning, managing, and overseeing clinical studies from the preparation phase to the presentation of results
You will also be responsible for the professional development of your team members

Director of Clinical Operations - Requirements:

Experience conducting clinical trials, preferably in contract research organizations or academic centers, with knowledge of regulatory and technical requirements
Several years of management experience, ideally in a related field
Passionate about promoting the professional and personal growth of team members and achieving success as a team
Clear communication and organizational skills, with a decisive and pleasant personality
Degree in medicine or natural sciences
Fluent in written and spoken English
