Head of Supply & Integrated Optimization (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Member of the Mobene management team
  • Disciplinary and professional management of the employees in the Supply & Integrated Optimization department
  • Strategic and operational negotiation of all supply options with suppliers, taking into account the optimization of sales results along the value chain (endtoend optimization) for the Mobene Group
  • Daily setting of a transfer price per region, taking into account volume targets
  • Provision of pricerelevant basic data, regional price structures, market data, and setting of purchase prices per sales channel to support the best possible integrated sales decision
  • Member of a crossfunctional team (sales, logistics, supply, pricing) for transparent and integrated value creation for the entire group
  • Monthly monitoring and control of the volume flow of different sales channels, taking into account logistical possibilities, volume availability and commitments, in collaboration with line managers to optimize sales results (while adhering to guidelines)
  • Analysis and creation of a monthly demand planning based on the annual plan, including all sales channels and market developments
