    Registered Nurse



    Hiring for all positions full-time, part-time and PRN days and nights available.

    $10,000 sign-on bonus available


    • Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Colorado Springs
    • Colorado Springs, CO
    • Day or Night shift, full time. 3 shifts, 12 hours each, 7am-7:30pm (days) or 7pm-7:30am (nights) with a 30-minute lunch
    • Wage based upon experience. Pay Range is $32.29/hr - $53.07/hr

    • Help patients through supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns.

    Certifications and Licensures:

    • Current RN licensures appropriate to state regulations required.
    • CPR certification required (ACLS preferred).
    • CRRN certification preferred (If you don't have it, we can assist you to obtain it)
    • One or more years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
