Your Tasks:

Independent management of your department and handling of customer inquiries
Leading your team and setting an example for your employees, for example in terms of development
Making decisions, for example regarding complaints or other customer inquiries
Monitoring the business metrics of your department, such as sales and inventory, and implementing derived measures
Ensuring product availability, inventory security, and processes in collaboration with the logistics team
Implementing concepts (e.g. seasonal displays), services, and internal and legal requirements (e.g. occupational safety)
As part of the store management, you represent the company internally and externally

Your Qualifications:

Experience in retail, for example as a retail/wholesale merchant, retail specialist, business administrator, or similar professional experience
