    About the Role:

    The main function of a Software Engineer is to design, develop, implement, test, and maintain business and computer applications software or specialized utility programs including mainframe and client/server applications, and major enhancement of existing systems.

    Position: Build Engineer

    Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite)

    About the role:

    • This role provides the opportunity to debug and develop C++ applications and tools that are part of shipping C++ compilers and runtimes on Windows platform.
    • World class C++ compiler MSVC and runtimes are developed in this team, and this person will have first-hand experience shipping the product in Visual Studio.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Fine-tune and improve a variety of sophisticated software implementation projects
    • Gather and analyze system requirements, document specifications, and develop software solutions to meet client needs and data
    • Analyze and review enhancement requests and specifications
    • Implement system software and customize to client requirements
    • Prepare the detailed software specifications and test plans
    • Code new programs to client's specifications and create test data for testing

    Must have Skills:

    • Experience with C or C++ development.
    • Experience with MS-Build or comparable build system technologies.
    • Experience with Cloud Services and Azure DevOps.

    Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
