Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the direction of the O.R. Manager and Assistant Managers, the Anesthesia Technician will provide technical support for the Anesthesia Department at Good Samaritan Hospital and Mission Oaks Hospital, in departments where anesthesia is administered. These areas include the Surgical Suites, PACD, Labor & Delivery, MRI and X-ray treatment rooms.

• Current BCLS certification required
• Two years' experience as an Anesthesia Technician or Monitor Technician and/or related technical clinical training experience of 12 months duration is preferred
• Previous experience with inventory implementation and maintenance preferred
• Previous experience with data entry, computer skills essential preferred
