As a medium-sized company, we have been active in passenger transportation for over 30 years. We currently employ approximately 250 employees. As a service provider for public clients, we offer a stable and secure workplace.


Responsibilities:


  • Preparation of monthly payroll using DATEV
  • Maintenance of employee master data
  • Preparation of certificates for our employees
  • Assistance with general tasks in personnel administration (e.g. vacation planning)
  • Support in yearend closing

Requirements:


  • Completed commercial training, tax clerk or similar, preferably also a degree as a personnel specialist
  • Professional experience in payroll accounting and knowledge of social security law
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of DATEV is desirable
  • Reliable, structured and independent work style
