    Workday HR Benefits and Compliance Specialist - New York, United States - Talenthub Workforce, Inc.

    Description

    A prestigious global media company is seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Workday HR Benefits and Compliance Specialist to join our Human Resources team.

    The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of benefits administration and compliance requirements.

    *This is a hybrid, temp to perm role, Pay Rate is $36/hr, Hours are Monday- Friday 9am-5pm*Must be able to work onsite at our headquarters in Manhattan 2 days a week.

    *Requirements*:
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in benefits administration, HR compliance, HRIS administration needed.
    • Must have general HR experience with strong administration of benefits programs and compliance of relevant laws, regulations and company policies.
    • Experience with Workday and benefits administration platforms
    • Maintain accurate records of benefits enrollment, changes and terminations in Workday system
    • Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and work collaboratively in a team environment.
    *Qualifications*:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR compliance
