- Salary Range: Base is $281,579
- wRVU bonus model in addition to base salary

- CME: $3500 and 40 hours each year
- Reimbursement of Licensure Fees
- Relocation Assistance: Yes – amount determined case by case
- Cell Phone Stipend ($1,020 annually)
- Flexible Scheduling: Providers can work 4x10s or 5x8s
- No nights, weekends or holidays.
- 1 year of experience in primary care or family medicine.
- 18 – 21 patients per day, with the exception of 1 day a week participating in the residency program (precepting and admin). Residency program has 24 students.
- 4 day work week: 3 days will be clinical and 1 precepting
- 5 day work week: 4 days will be clinical and 1 precepting
- Monday – Friday daytime clinic hours.
- 1 week per quarter (3 months), provider will take call over the phone from 6 AM to 6 PM. The call is very limited.
- Clear and active MD or DO license in Oregon (or willing to obtain if out of state).
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

An Adjunct Faculty Physician is needed at an integrated health center in Roseburg, Oregon. 80% of this role will be clinical, the other 20% is precepting and admin for the residency program.
