- Salary Range: Base is $281,579
- RVU Production/Bonus model in addition to base salary
- Sign On Bonus: $25,000

- Health Insurance for provider and their family is paid 100% (including co-pays) by employer.
- Restrictive Covenant (Non-Compete): None
- CME: $3500 and 40 hours each year
- Reimbursement of Licensure Fees
- Paid Time Off: 30 Days (max 240 hours per year)
- 7 Paid Holidays
- Relocation: Yes amount determined case by case
- Cell Phone Stipend ($1,020 annually)
- 1 year of experience in primary care or family medicine.
- patients per day, with the exception of 1 day a week participating in the residency program (precepting and admin).
- 4 day work week: 3 days will be clinical and 1 precepting
- 5 day work week: 4 days will be clinical and 1 precepting
- Monday Friday daytime clinic hours.
- 1 weekend out of 8 weeks provider will take call over the phone.
- Provider can choose whether they want to work 4x10s or 5x8s.
- Clear and active MD or DO license in Oregon.
