Job Summary: As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with product selection, conducting sales transactions, and maintaining the appearance and organization of the store. You will use your knowledge of soccer and our products to offer personalized recommendations and support our customers' passion for the game.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a positive and knowledgeable approach.
• Recommend products based on customers' needs and preferences, providing expert advice on soccer gear and apparel.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain the store's visual appearance according to company standards, ensuring product displays are organized and appealing.
• Manage inventory, including restocking and organizing products.
• Stay informed about new products, trends, and soccer-related news.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the store's goals and strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Passionate about soccer and knowledgeable about the sport and its products.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
