Hera Technologies, LLC specializes in CNC machining, knife cutting, laser cutting, structural bonding and painting, processing, and kitting of a wide variety of metallic, and engineered materials.
Our CNC work centers, high-speed routing machines and knife cutting systems offer 2D cutting and 3, 4 and 5-axis milling of a wide range of materials including: single-ply materials, composites, honeycomb core, plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm;
Some overtime and weekend work may be necessary. Hours may be adjusted at the discretion of your supervisor.
Salary Range:
$95k -$115K

Location: 100% onsite at 1055 E Francis St. Ontario, CA 91761 USA
Essential Job Duties (which include, but not limited to):
- Oversee employee recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding, separations and off-boarding.
- Manage employee records, ensuring all documents are complete, filed, and maintained in a secure and confidential manner.
- Perform salary surveys and create job descriptions for various positions within a manufacturing environment.
- Manage benefits, timekeeping, and payroll, including paid and unpaid timeoff.
- Manage leaves of absence and ensure to begin Interactive Process in a timely manner; provide employees all required leaves of absence documents.
- Research and suggest improvements for Company's benefits and policies.
- Create a robust employee reviews process and coordinate quarterly reviews with Management.
- Create plans for employees' advancement within the Company.
- Manage Company culture to promote a pleasant and harmonious working environment.
- Organize and conduct safety training sessions and programs to ensure compliance with OSHA and Cal OSHA requirements for an aerospace manufacturing environment.
- Mediate disputes and grievances between employees, Management/Company and employees.
- Ensure Company is compliant with labor policies of all governmental oversight agencies. Stay current on all employment law and regulations.
- Assist with developing and administering health and safety programs.
- Safety incident investigations, worker's compensation, and safety policy administration.
- Investigate, complete, and maintain accident records, including interviewing witnesses and employee(s) involved.
- Investigate, enforce, and maintain records of employee disciplinary actions.
- Represent the Company (both internal to its employees and external to the world).
- Coach leadership team in disciplinary actions to mitigate risks of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment.
- Provide leadership on all labor and employee relations issues. Work collaboratively with legal on contracts and employment related issues.
- Responsible for the creation, maintenance and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by Confidentiality and Privacy Standards and HIPPA.
- Responsible for special projects and assignments as business dictates.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Human Resources roles culminating in leading a company's Human Resources department.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a 4year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Language, logic and reasoning, interpersonal and mathematical skills to excel as a representative of the Company (both internal to its employees and external to the world).
- General computer knowledge and working experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to work with others in a fastchanging environment and employees with various skillsets.
- Knowledge of and experience with regulations and requirements of an AS9100 compliant aerospace manufacturing company.
- Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Accounting knowledge preferred, but not mandatory.
Work authorization and Clearances:
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
- Must be willing to undergo a criminal background investigation and softinquiry credit check.
- Must be able to pass a preemployment physical exami
