Job Overview:


Duties:


  • Manage and maintain the executive's schedule through effective calendar management.
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Perform data entry and document management utilizing strong computer literacy skills.
  • Create and organize documents using Google Suite.
  • Drive the executive to appointments and various locations as needed.
  • Housesit and care for dogs during the executive's absence.

Required Qualifications:


  • Must be comfortable with dogs.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly preferred but not required.
  • Flexibility in working hours is highly preferred. Some days may require oncall availability or extended hours.

Location and Compensation:


  • This is an inperson position located in the Upper East Side, Manhattan.
  • Pay range: $25$30 per hour.
  • Job Type: Parttime

$ $30.00 per hour

Experience:

Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)


Ability to Commute:

  • New York, NY preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • New York, NY 10021: Relocate before starting work (required)
