Job Overview:
Duties:
- Manage and maintain the executive's schedule through effective calendar management.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry and document management utilizing strong computer literacy skills.
- Create and organize documents using Google Suite.
- Drive the executive to appointments and various locations as needed.
- Housesit and care for dogs during the executive's absence.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be comfortable with dogs.
- Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly preferred but not required.
- Flexibility in working hours is highly preferred. Some days may require oncall availability or extended hours.
Location and Compensation:
- This is an inperson position located in the Upper East Side, Manhattan.
- Pay range: $25$30 per hour.
- Job Type: Parttime

Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
