    Description

    GENERAL SUMMARY:
    The Marketing Coordinator designs and implements comprehensive marketing strategies and solutions to achieve business goals.

    PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Coordinates the development of marketing literature and materials
    • Assists with training and guidance for new marketing team staff
    • Assists in evaluating needs and makes recommendations for marketing solutions
    • Develops specific marketing strategies and marketing plans to increase current market share and expand into new geographies
    • Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Ability to provide various administrative and clerical support for marketing teams trading, selling, or managing marketing programs and policies
    • Excellent documentation skills to track and organize documentation, filings, invoices and other transaction related documents
    • Ability to work with teams comprised of individuals with various degrees of knowledge. Ability to work independently and with a team
    • Ability and willingness to multitask
    • Ability to deal effectively with deadlines and the stresses inherent with meeting deadlines
    • Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED:

    • Strong, positive interpersonal skills, with a proven track record and successful marketing and business growth endeavors required
    • Experience in graphic design software including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field required
    • Four years of technical experience required

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
