To expand our IT team at our location in Düsseldorf, we are looking for an experienced computer scientist, IT specialist, cloud engineer, or network administrator as an IT system engineer (all genders). As a member of our IT team, you ensure the internal IT operations with high stability, availability, and security. You transfer our company's existing on-premise infrastructure into a cloud-based environment and further develop it. In addition, you will be responsible for implementing exciting digitization projects in compliance with regulatory requirements according to ISO27001. Your tasks as an IT system engineer (all genders): Conceptualization, design, and implementation of sustainable and innovative IT solutions Administration and further development of our internal IT systems and network infrastructure (LAN/WLAN, VPN, Sophos Firewall, RADIUS Server)

Authorization management for internal IT systems and conducting on/offboarding Client management:
Automated setup and provision of devices for colleagues (laptops, PCs, tablets, smartphones) Internal IT support Establishment of a mobile device management Introduction of a modern softphone solution to replace physical office phones Outsourcing of on-premise infrastructure to AWS cloud or alternative cloud solutions Procurement of hardware and software, as well as associated license
