- Preventive Maintenance: Inspects equipment and facilities for proper operation and working condition as indicated on Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures. Completes assigned PMs by their due date.
- Must be able to interact with Patients, Visitors, Doctors, and Health First Associates in a professional and respectful manner. Must be able to direct individuals to various locations throughout the facilities, and able to convey work that will need to be completed or has been completed.
- Trade School graduate or High School/GED with a minimum of two to three years on the job training.
- Must have a minimum of three years experience in comparable work is required.
- Must possess and maintain a valid State of Florida driver's license.
- Must provide and maintain common hand tools needed for the execution of duties. Job specific power tools will be provided.
- Basic knowledge in the following: use of hand tools and common power tools related to maintenance, repair of mechanical devices and parts, basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical work skills, basic painting and drywall skills and repair to acoustical ceilings.
