- You will interpret and use school data to identify barriers inherent in the school system and to lead the school in continuous improvement and cultural proficiency
- You will observe staff and give feedback, support growth, evaluate performance, manage hiring and, when necessary, discipline

- Knowledge and ability to support and lead programs with rigorous content for both adults and students that match learners' abilities, aspirations and growth areas
- Desire and ability to help learners recognize the value of individual differences, achieve their definition of success and identify their future in a continually changing world
- Previous experience as a high school principal preferred
