Key Responsibilities for an Entry Level Training Manager:

  • Create customized training programs for individuals and groups to meet specific business requirements.
  • Promote brand values and principles in all training initiatives.
  • Efficiently communicate with team members, instructors, and leadership.
  • Identify customer needs, offer product information, and assistance.
  • Stay well-informed about available products and engage in discussions on various options.
  • Implement cross-selling strategies for products.

Compensation:
$50, $65,416.47 annually


Working Hours:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday schedule
