Our goal is to provide the highest level of customer support and to work to protect workers and retirees hard earned pension benefits.

This position is for the Participant Payment Processing Team.


As a Verifier, you can expect to:

  • Review and authorize benefit payments, letters and calculations.
  • Conduct research for participant issues.
  • Support benefit payment processing activities.
  • Track errors for utilization in error matrices, scorecards and identify training needs.
  • Commit to excellence in all work situations.
  • Work under immediate supervision and reports to a supervisor. Relies on instructions and preestablished guidelines to perform the functions of the job, which may involve using independent judgment.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An Associates Degree in related field with 2 years of related experience OR three years of related experience.
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
  • Commitment to excellence in all work situations.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
