Job Summary:
As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for Victory Human Services and is responsible for providing administrative support across the organization, to our Caregivers and other agencies.
The Receptionist will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Position Requirements

Personal Characteristics:_
- Ability to work effectively with the public and AFC members and Caregivers and families. Ability to work effectively with the public and AFC members and Caregivers and families
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
- Sensitivity toward the needs of the public and AFC members and Caregivers and families.
- Demonstrate ability to work both independently and within a team context
- Professional documentation and communication skills, as well as demonstrated organizational skills
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, and making entries in the electronic health record.
- Sensitivity to the needs of the public and AFC members and Caregivers and families.
- Demonstrate ability to work both independently and within a team context
- Professional documentation and communication skills, as well as demonstrated organizational skills
- Coordinate all faxing of nursing and Care Manager duties and as may be directed by the Program Director.
Other Qualifications:_
- Good understanding of the AFC clientele and regulations.
- Good writing and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other providers, coworkers and providers
- An acceptable CORI (criminal record assessment)
- First Aid and CPR Certifications education and knowledge required.
Essential Functions of Position:
- Maintains programmatic documentation in accordance with agency standards and AFC regulations.
- Performs other duties as requested by the Program Director.

Pay:
$ $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Ability to Relocate:
- Brockton, MA 02301: Relocate before starting work (required)
