Description
At Jackson Design and Remodeling (JDR), the Project Director is the primary liaison between the client and the company.

The Project Director is the face of the company that the client interacts with from initial contact with JDR until project completion.

The Project Director will work with clients assessing their needs through experience, creativity and the latest innovations.

This will include meeting with our clients in our showroom or in their home, working as a team with Designers and Production throughout the life of the project.


JDR is a high end design and build of custom homes, whole home remodels, additions, outdoor living spaces, kitchen and other areas of clients homes.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Build rapport with customers and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the building process. Interface directly with clients to resolve any issues that may occur
  • Ability to determine project scope & budget range and sell within a defined process
  • Estimate jobs that result in profits on a consistent basis
  • Prepare job estimates, proposals, and quotations on a timely basis
  • Work as a "team," with Designers and Production from start to completion
  • Provide project presentation, educate clients on the JDR process

Qualifications

  • Must have experience with residential building development, design build processes and residential home remodeling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
  • Must be a dependable team player
  • Proven leadership ability, time management skills, multitasking, prioritizing and problem solving capabilities.
  • Be flexible and work effectively in a fast paced environment, be decisive and work well under pressure when faced with unexpected situations or delays.
  • Required to effectively handle the sales process from lead to close in a timely manner without supervision.
  • Must be flexible with working hours and days, after hours and weekends is a must.
  • Computer proficiency
  • Professional sales training is a plus

Working conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected hours of Work
This is a full-time, non-exempt salaried position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You will be required on occasion to work later in the evening and weekends.


Pay:
$64, $225,000.00 per year

  • Sales: 10 years (preferred)
