We are seeking a strategic leader to drive cross-brand labor strategy and workforce stability. This role will oversee the development and implementation of store payroll initiatives, tools, and resources to support labor management.The Director will lead an empowered team in creating effective large-scale labor models, budgets, and allocations with a focus on continuous improvement. They will become an expert in Gap Inc's labor systems and enable future roadmap through conceptual understanding.
This role requires strong business acumen and attention to detail to deliver profitable growth and help achieve company goals. The Director will manage financial budgets and ensure expense reduction through partnership with other functions.
This position is key for evolving from running stores to creating integrated experiences that set us apart from competitors. It drives top- and bottom-line results by building partnerships across Store Operations, Field Leadership Teams, Finance Market Planning amongst others
