- Staying up-to-date with market trends, technology, and industry knowledge

Well, just like every friend group needs that glue, every marketing team needs someone to play that role as well. And that's where you come in, our super glue - the entry level Management Consultant. Many of our senior managers started in this position, and there's a good reason for that. In this role, you will learn the ins and outs of sales operations, client relations, and internal strategy right from the ground up. This initial training will give you a comprehensive understanding of how crucial your role is in the success of the marketing team.
As a Management Consultant, you'll be wearing multiple hats as you dive into sales & marketing, customer service, and overall operations and finance. But don't worry, we provide thorough training and guidance every step of the way. As you grow in the role, we'll assess your skills in various areas to help you find your niche and pair you with the right mentors.
