The Emergency Center nurse consistently encounters stressful situations, must demonstrate competent responsiveness to frequent critical situations with#adult and pediatric patients, and must work effectively with patients, families # co-workers.
Under the direction and leadership of the Nurse Manager, the Emergency Center RN is responsible for the delivery of patient care through knowledge of the nursing process and age-specific requirements and by following departmental and hospital policies and procedures.
Qualified candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively document care, delegate assignments, relay information, make referrals, and act as liaisons between patients, physicians, other hospital disciplines, and community agencies.
Required:
