The DIAKO Hospital gGmbH is looking for a

Medical-Technical Laboratory Assistant (MTA-L) (m/f/d)

for the central laboratory in Flensburg

We are looking for a full-time employee to start as soon as possible, in the context of a permanent position.

Your responsibilities:

  • Processing of submitted samples and associated documentation
  • Operation of analysis equipment for accurate examination of laboratory reports
  • Independent handling of tasks in a hospital laboratory
  • Support of internal quality management

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training or recognition as a Medical-Technical Laboratory Assistant (m/f/d)
  • High level of professional competence and reliability
  • First experience in laboratory operations desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Enjoyment of laboratory work, resilience, and accuracy in a dynamic work environment
  • Independent and responsible work ethic
  • Willingness to work in shift schedules
