Human Resources Admin Assistant - Houston, United States - Arrow Glass Industries
Description
Responsibilities include various office functions to include but not limited to.- Prescreen applicants
- New hire onboarding
- Timesheet maintenance
- Maintaining the company's HRIS system
- I9 file maintenance
- Payroll processing
- Maintaining personnel files for all employees
- Benefits open enrollment assistance
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum 2year experience in Human Resources department
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong focus
- Bilingual a plus
- Knowledge of Excel a plus
Hours:
Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm. $20.00 per hour
Must pass a background check and drug test.
Serious inquires need only.
Pay:
$17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Payroll: 2 years (required)
- Human resources: 2 years (required)
- Time & attendance systems: 2 years (required)
- Time management: 2 years (required)
