Job summary
Coordinate production of printed materials or print related services for the company's clients and maintain positive client relations through active engagement throughout all stages of the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
- Acts as primary liaison between sales professional production teams and serves as client advocate to achieve best project outcomes which may include providing necessary client and sales support up to issue resolution address customer concerns invoice reconciliation proof deliveries order status process orders accurately in appropriate systems provide client support communication throughout project lifecycle gathering job requirements approvals translate client requirements into detailed manufacturing kitting instructions shipping postal instructions coordinate changes obtain relevant internal approvals proofs etc make suggestions regarding process improvements provide quality review other Print Production Account Representatives ensure information accounted accurate before commencement production ensure job instructions entered verified various manufacturing systems queued schedule may coordinate production components external vendors required monitor progress jobs throughout production confer with manufacturing ensure final product meets client requirements company standards maintain complete understanding work performed assemble documentation timely billing may have responsibility determining supplies paper needed jobs including use vendors supply components customer product assist sales RFP process performs other related duties participates special projects assigned
