The Fields Sports Complex is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Indoor Soccer Camp Staff.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging environment for children aged 6-13 during our indoor soccer camps.

You will play a crucial role in running soccer-related activities both on and off the field, fostering skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship among camp participants.

Our camp runs Monday through Friday starting June 17th until August 30th.


Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate indoor soccer activities, drills, and games tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
• Supervise and ensure the safety of camp participants during all activities.
• Assist in organizing and setting up equipment and materials needed for each activity.
• Provide encouragement, guidance, and constructive feedback to campers to help improve their soccer skills and confidence.
• Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere where all campers feel welcome and valued.
• Serve as a role model for campers by demonstrating good sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect for others.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as check-in/out procedures and attendance tracking.
• Collaborate with other camp staff to plan and coordinate special events and off-field activities.
• Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and fellow staff members to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of indoor soccer facilities and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children in a sports or camp setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and strategies is preferred but not a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate children of varying ages and skill levels.
• Enthusiasm for working with youth and fostering their personal growth and development.
• CPR and First Aid certification a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and camp activities.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
