Technical Service Representative, IT


Managed Print Services company seeks motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team of skilled technicians and customer support representatives.

You will work in administrative, clinical, and patient care departments at local healthcare and university organizations. Successful health screening, drug test, and criminal background check required for employment.


Job Summary
Anticipate toner/parts needs with supply status reports (up to an hour per day). Deliver and install toner/parts in printers (up to four hours per day). Remote and hands on printer troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair (up to three hours per day). Technical training will be provided. Opportunity to grow, connect with others, and advance in the information technology field.
