Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the daily operations of the service and parts departments
  • Manage and lead a team of service technicians, advisors, and parts personnel
  • Ensure the efficient scheduling and completion of automotive repairs and maintenance
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of automotive parts
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize departmental profitability
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall dealership performance

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Indepth knowledge of automotive systems and technology
  • Proficient in computerized systems for service and parts management
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and performance targets

Education:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
