Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the service and parts departments
- Manage and lead a team of service technicians, advisors, and parts personnel
- Ensure the efficient scheduling and completion of automotive repairs and maintenance
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of automotive parts
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize departmental profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall dealership performance
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Indepth knowledge of automotive systems and technology
- Proficient in computerized systems for service and parts management
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and performance targets
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
